
Abigail Lind is an Assistant Professor in the School of Biological Sciences at Georgia Tech. She received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University and completed a postdoc at the Gladstone Institutes at UCSF.
Fredrick Leon is a postdoctoral fellow in the Lind lab. He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular biology from UCSF and primarily focuses on the evolutionary cell biology and ecology of microeukaryotes.
Lydia Keller is a Biology Ph.D. student in the School of Biological Sciences. She received her B.S. in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Outside of the lab, Lydia enjoys birding, fitness, and exploring Atlanta.
Johnathan Shih is a Quantitative Biosciences Ph.D. student in the School of Biological Sciences. He received his B.S. in Statistics and a minor in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. Outside of the lab, Johnathan enjoys hiking, fishing, and table tennis.
Caroline Beuscher is pursuing a master’s degree in bioinformatics at Georgia Tech. She received her B.S. in Genetics from the University of Georgia and is interested in evolutionary genomics. Outside of lab, Caroline enjoys crocheting, yoga, and live music.

Lucie is a second-year student pursuing Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and ALIS (Spanish). She has a passion for microbiology and loves learning and working in the Lind lab. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, and baking.

Shobini is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Biology at Georgia Tech. She is interested in exploring microbial interactions and deepening her knowledge of microbiology.
